This microphone is simply amazing! I like to use it on vocals, electic guitar amps, and as drum overheads. Since it is active, it can take phantom power. It has a smooth creaminess throughout, but it doesnt miss out on the little details (like a condenser). I like it a lot, its hard to come around one of these trully innovative mics, most are like the "me too" chinese/taiwanese kind. Oh, also check out the earthworks sr25 mics, they are like 3D in sound. wow. |
