Fishman PLT101 Guitar PreampThe Platinum preamp utilizes a four band equalizer, modeled after Fishmans versatile Prefix Plus onboard preamp. Each band of the Pro EQ Platinums EQ section is assigned to just the right frequencies for acoustic equalization. Also borrowed from the Prefix Plus design are feedback fighting phase and notch controls. An innovation for the Pro EQ Platinum is Fishmans Smooth acoustic compression circuit. It subdues the explosive high frequencies when you strum hard or snap the strings. Additionally, the Pro EQ Platinum has a balanced XLR output.
