The LP Giovanni Compact Conga is a uniquely designed, shallow, portable conga available in 2 sizes 11 quinto and 11 34 conga. Designed with Master Conguero Giovanni Hidalgo and winner of the 2003 MIPA Award for most innovative instrument, the Giovanni Compact Conga from Latin Percussion is constructed with a special aluminum alloy frame and features a synthetic head for tuning stability. This unique conga can be played on stage, in the studio, or anywhere quiet practice is necessary or a full sized
conga is not practical. Mountable on any standard basket snare stand, it can be used separately or incorporated into a full percussion set up where space is limited. Drum key tunable to different pitches. Stand sold separately. Special Compact Conga Mounting System and Compact Conga Backpack also available.
