It combines modern instrument design and the Mark VI sound The bore of the entire instrument exactly copies that of the original 1954 Mark VI and this greatly enhances the nostalgic sound quality of the Horn. The key work feels closer to the body due to a more compact design without comprising intonation or tone quality, specifically LH & RH little fingers, palm keys and side keys and this gives way to a more comfortable finger and hand position & excellent overall response.
